Assignment of version number to each article to get the number of changes made in the article

Proposal

Each articles available in the wekipedia can be given a specific version number in the address bar so that any one could know the number of times the modification or changes are being made in that article. this would be helpful to reader

Motivation

The user could easily guess whether any change in the article is made by seeing the version no in the address bar of his browser
