Summary

I think were should be a possibility in wikipedia to make articles editable/ movable for Rollbackers (and equal User groups in other language versions).

Proposal

It should be possible for sysops to make articles editable for Rollbackers.

Motivation

The rights settings of some pages could be changed from admin edit only to rollbacker edit, so trusted users could also edit them. This could lower the effort for admins (for changing pages, that even autoconfirmed users can't edit).

Key Questions

Is this really required (is there really a need for a stage between admins and autoconfirmed users)? Are Rollbackers much more trusty than autoconfirmed users?

Potential Costs

- (may) Some software changes
- A little more administrative effort (but I think this is less than the saved work)
