Summary

כיום יש בויקיפדיה דרך לקדד כל דבר, מנוסחאות מתמטיות עד לתמונות שניתן לשנות את גודלן. דבר מהותי שחסר עוד הוא אופן שבו יוכלו עורכי ויקיפדיה ליצור גראפים ותרשימים בעזרת קוד ויקי. כיום, על מנת ליצור גראף, על העורך ליצור אותו בתוכנה חיצונית, לקחת תצלום מסך ולהעביר את התרשים לתוכנת גרפיקה, ואז לייצא לויקיפדיה—תהליך שמונע מהמון עורכים ליצור תרשימים וגראפים למידע סטטיסטי, כגון נתוני הלמ"ס הישראלית.

Proposal

ליצור יכולת, דרך קוד ויקי, ליצור גראפים ותרשימים.

Motivation

תרשימים הוא סוג מידע חשוב שחסר בויקיפדיה, ועלות יצירת המערכת הנ"ל נמוכה יחסית, ודורשת רק זמן של מפתח(ים ).

• מה נוכל לעשות על מנת שהמידע שאנו מגישים יהיה נגיש יותר וקל לתפיסה?
• האם יש לעודד לא רק מידע חדש, אלא גם סוגי מידע חדש בויקיפדיה?

• בעיקר זמן שיילקח לפיתוח
