Summary

Improve the support for multimedia content, specifically to interactive content, such as animations, simulations, diagrams and so forth. In order to stimulate the development of this kind of content, an authoring tool could be developed.

Motivation

Currently, multimedia content are not explored in Wikipedia as well as in other knowledge resources. Many principles could be explained with interactive animations or simulations as a plus to the theoretical content.

Key Questions

Are there Technologies like Adobe Flash suitable for multimedia content in Wikipedia? Are there open source alternative for the same purpose? Is it interesting to develop a tool to make easier the content development?
