Mouseover a blue hyperlinked article and instead of seeing the name of the article repeated, see the first few lines of the article (the summary)

Motivation

The Wikipedia tab maze is a pretty common experience. I find that I start at an article then have to look up several other linked articles in new tabs to understand the subject well.


Key Questions

Is this kind of functionality easily implemented in the existing code? Would this require significant retooling? Could this be prototyped in greasemonkey or an extension?
