Summary

Television is, still, the most and fast way to bring a message when it's necessary be fast and wide, the Media TV when works together and wide can catch different places at the same time without much knowledge, different from internet TV or wireless communication.

Very necessary for WIKIMEDIA updates, same as a news channel but with the advantage to be update from contributors so it's jump over a director to approve and superiors who could say yes or no for a kind of update when that update could hurt the business TVs channels.

Wikimedia is open and free off voice and on-line 100% no editing or half words, straight to the facts and true.
