Setup a system that allows servers in third world to mirror Wikipedia content. Servers could be placed at universities, internet cafes and other high usage locations.
[edit] Motivation
Bandwidth in developing countries is limited, and Wikipedia is a popular site. To reduce used bandwidth in and out of low bandwidth areas, a formal mirroring system should be setup.
