New welcome template

I have created a new welcome template at Template:Welcome-translation to thank users that has helped out in translating the pages here. It has a link to this page though, hope you don't mind about that. :)

Regarding your reply on my talk page, I don't quite understand what you were trying to say, can you explain it a little. Sorry for the trouble. :)
