  • to actively participate in and contribute to the assessment of the Chapter’s history, accomplishments, strengths, and weaknesses
  • to seek input from and facilitate discussion with our members, the Wikimedia project communities, and other important stakeholder groups at every stage of our strategic planning process
  • to communicate the project’s progress to our members and/or the public in the manner appropriate to us
  • to keep our minds open discussing and imagining our possibilities and our obstacles, our weaknesses and our strengths
  • to ask questions about anything and everything relevant to the Chapter’s future progress
  • to stay in steady and prompt contact with Anna or Sebastian on the progress made and issues faced
  • to designate a primary contact from within the board or beyond who will assume responsibility for communication with Anna or Sebastian
  • to schedule meetings and other events at mutually agreeable times and within the Chapter’s jurisdiction
  • to do the best we can to make participation in the project a success for the Chapter
  • to to cover the agreed upon consulting fee or submit a grant request to the Wikimedia Foundation to cover participation of the Chapter in the pilot project
