Modeling
In many ways, the challenges that we face in this process are a microcosm of the challenges that the Wikimedia movement faces. How can we reach more participants? How can we facilitate high-quality content? The purpose of this process is to explore these questions, and one of the ways we should do this is to model possible solutions. This includes incorporating norms and best practices that are already part of this community, and also exploring new ones.
Empowerment
