Week 1 (Monday, February 8, through Sunday, February 14):Recommendations to the Board, text
- Starting with biographies and other text entries, sort previous findings to find the root issues that the Board can provide recommendations.
- Correlate ideas that come from recommendations to policy writing in March.
- Start the recommendations drafting page.
- Start formulating ideas for non-text and/or Wikipedia related issues, broadening into Wikimedia projects.
Week 2 (Monday, February 15, through Sunday, February 21):Recommendations to the Board, projects
- Formulate strategies for all projects, including text and non-text.
- Discussion of relevance to what the Board can do, and what to put aside for community recommendations in April.
- Refinement
Week 3 (Monday, February 22, through Sunday, February 28): Resolution of week 1
- Refine recommendations about text (No more than ten points)
- Draft and publish findings. These findings are open for editing until the end of the term of the task force, or submitted to the Board.
Week 4 (Monday, March 1, through Sunday, March 7): Resolution of week 2
- Refine recommendations about non-text issues (No more than ten points).
- Draft and publish findings. These findings are open for editing until the end of the term of the task force, or submitted to the Board.
- Aquire statistics, as available, for relevant issues with living people (OTRS, on-wiki data).
March 2010
Week 1 (Monday, March 8, through Sunday, March 15): Living people policy
- Examine the findings of recommendations, and what was decided can be put into policy
- Examine the draft on meta
Week 2 (Monday, March 16, through Sunday, March 21): Drafting
- Begin drafting revisions of the Living people policy for global application
- Concentrate discussion on finalization of wording on the talk page
Week 3 (Monday, March 22, through Sunday, March 28): Finalize and reconcile
- Finalize drafting of the Living people policy
- Revisit finalized draft of Recommendations to the Board
Week 4 (Monday, March 29, through Sunday, April 4): Finalize Board proposals
- Complete policy from draft to submission
- Complete recommendations from draft to submission
- Submit to the Board of Trustees
