Talkpages without associated subject pages

I just went through Special:AllPages/Talk: and there's an unusually large number of pages in the talk namespace without their associated subject-namespace pages. Is there maybe a way to speed up the process of going through and deleting them without cluttering up the rest of RecentChanges?

Hi. Since it is a non-controversial act, I guess I could delete them using a bot flag to avoid flooding the recent changes. However, I am new as a sysop here and have never used the bot flag. So, I would feel more comfortable if you ask this same question to a more experienced sysop. If s/he agreeds I would surely delete these pages. I only deleted pages that apparently had no use. A few talk pages didn't have an associated page but were transcluded on other discussions or were used as archives, so were not deleted. Here is the log. Regards.
