Set up a 'citation and fact confirmation board' which is dedicated to immediately resolving the 'citation required' phrase in the Wikipedia articles, and confirming all major, unsure facts posted or quotes quoted.
Motivation
Many articles contain the 'citation required' remark and it makes the whole article seem like something that cannot be trusted.
