How can we track our progress and evaluate our overall success?

• Community engagement
• Quality of the final deliverables.
• Quality of the process (monthly reports).

Because many of the goals of this process are aligned with the larger goals of the Wikimedia movement, the metrics we use to evaluate our own progress could potentially be applied to the movement itself.
