Implement Wikimedia as a key to the evolution of informational media on the web.

Create WikiChannels for things like Education, TV, Foreign Countries, Local News, Hollywood, Sports, Weather, and etc. Also allow how-to videos related to certain topics (ex. IPod; How to Back Up Your IPod). Allow live streams of media from events like art shows, festival, fourth of July, shuttle launches, or etc.
