Remove JimboWales name from Rules.

Founding principles is obviously universal rule set to affect the entire wikimedia project.

His personal name is well-awared and respected enough so far, and do we still need to describe JimboWales name on any rules?

Motivation

It's not a healthy situation. It looks like a dictation. It looks like God.

From the first, I feel weired to see his name wondering if he himself insisted to include his own name in the rules.

Such immature phase should be over now.

Does his personal opinion override the community consensus or arbcom decision?

Why hasn't he mentioned this until now?
