I would like to make a comment about Kesos second point Take Baidu and it's articles that are copied from Wikipedia without declaring GFDL or CC to court, or make out an announcement about them.

My motivation for contributing to the Wikimedia projects are to make knowledge available to a larger audience. In my opinion, to take another site that also provides knwoledge free of charge to court is against that philosophy. Are our goal to make Wikimedia the largest provider of knowledge, or is it to make the availability of quality knowledge as large as possible? I would go for the second. If we don't agree with the policies and practices of another site I think we should rather aim to show why our own method is superior.
