To me this one seems to be one of the closest to deliver recommendations.
May be we should just try to think how is it going to work and what do we actually want from these projects in the first turn.
Without thinking too much:
- Lists of articles important in the field;
- setting the levels of importance and monitoring the quantity;
- monitoring the article quality; transferring the quality between the projects;
- looking for the illustrative material.
What else?
