Local Language Task Force/Survey
One possible strategy for the local language task force (and Arabic task force?) is to conduct a survey.
One means to do this could to reach out via Facebook. Users there are probably of similar demographics that would most inclined to edit Wikipedia.

- Do you know there is a version of Wikipedia in your language? (I think many Arabic speakers are not aware of this. Aude 20:06, 20 October 2009 (UTC))
