OUT LOUD Next I'd like to have use your mobile device to do a couple of tasks. As you do this, there's one thing I'd like you to do differently. Please think aloud as you use the web site today. For example, if you are reading something read it out loud and please share or say anything that comes to your mind as your read – for example 'that's interesting' or 'I don't understand the point of this'. Also, talk out loud while you're completing a task so I can understand what you're thinking and doing. And if you get to a point where you would naturally stop working, let me know.
TASK COMPLETION I'll let you decide when your task is complete, whether you find what you're looking for or do what you wanted or not. Don't forget, there is no right or wrong way to do any of this – the only important thing is that you do it the way you would do it.
