Summary
The discussion page is barely used for improving articles and sometimes an arena for discussing the topic, but not the quality of the article itself.
Proposal
Rename the "Discussion" page to "Feedback". Or even "Questions" may be better, because also questions about the topic may show whats missing in the article.
Potential Costs
Ten minutes? Priceless? Unpayable? This I don't know. ;)
