Summary
All projects in Wikimedia, such as Wikipedia, Commons, Wikinews, Wiktionary and etc., are standing on the fund of donation. Under limited, or none-infinite amount of fund in every time, How to save storage capacity (actually storage device such as hard disk drive) of server is important matter and emerging subject. This apply all projects and all language edition in Wikimedia.
Proposal
Provided that, or assumable that, all projects in Wikimedia, it is optimized day by day in every aspects in terms of content of article, policy, rule, protocol of participation or editing, there is no reason to keep all record of entry of Discussion of any page space, Article, Wikipedia: Help: and etc.
- Discard or delete all entries in Discussion namespace of all project when entry is entered before xx years ago, for example 10 years ago or time date of specific timing year 1999. It is not necessary to keep and be able to access or readable for old entry or content of discussion more than xx years (10 years for example) by assuming every matters in all projects and usernamespace optimized time by time. There is a possibility that one may arise the same topic of deleted one in some day, that topic may or may not be further discussed from start. Even it is discussed, discussion is worthy and still readable by user for xx years (10 years for example)since entry after deletion.

- User Namespace: Consuming Namespace capacity or storage capacity should be limited. Namespace is not the propaganda space of account User.
- If a user Namespace exceeds allowed capacity, it should be warned like as follows:
- Warning: Your Namespace is exceeding the limit of xxxx bytes, squeeze within 3 months. Unless not squeezed into less than xxxx byte, your exceeded Namespace part will be cut off automatically in 12 months. This Wikipedia:Save storage policy apply all user being active and/or not active.
- My preference page indicates that, Your Namespace is curently consuming yyyy bytes out of xxxx bytes limit.
- This saving policy counts User:Anyuser/Any page subpage(s) into xxxx bytes limit as well.
