I think it would be really cool to see a Wikipedia toolbar like on Firefox or Safari. :)


Proposal

A Wikipedia toolbar for easy search on an Apple Mac computer… typing your search results will automatically go to Wikipedia.


Motivation

Possibly a Wikipedia toolbar for all operating systems, i.e. Linux, Unix, FreeBSD, etc.

Do we have any computer software engineers? Will this be freeware?

Yes check.svg Done Wikipedia is already a "managed search engine" on FireFox, and you can add it to Safari with Saft or manually.
