Needs addressed
This proposition tackles one of the important barriers that prevent people from contributing to Wikipedia, namely that they don't know how to do, and need to be shown how to do (cf. http://strategy.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:WMFSurvey4.png). Julien Demade 13:26, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
