I have no idea if I am in the right area for making my comments. I think Wikipedia must have enough readership to enable some business models that earn revenue. I would suggest a process as follows:
- Design a preliminary business plan
Determine resources required
- Ask for volunteers to create software to support the plan
Ask for corporate/private sponsorship to launch the plan
- Launch the plan
- See if it works
REPEAT as necessary
