Damn, this is really good! I agree with all of these as important threats and probably have the most personal ties to the one entitled "movement fails to evolve structurally". We've been arguing about how the movement should organise itself since day 1 and we've still not worked it out. I'm pleased to see that the WMF is the fastest growing charity in America [1] and I believe this should continue. The WMF had to "fix its own house first" but I think it's high time the WMF looked at helping the other organisations grow their organisational capacity too. I think from a purely financial "value for money" perspective it would be a financially beneficial return on investment. Witty lama 13:44, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
