Template:Impact

• First parameter of the template is the impact. Can be a number between 1 and 4, where four is the highest impact.
• Second parameter is the level of discussion of the proposal. Can be a number between 1 and 5, where five is the highest level of discussion a proposal ready to be assessed/implemented or denied.

For example, a proposal with a medium impact and high level of discussion can be marked with {{Impact|2|4}}. You can also use the parameter names impact and quality for the values, e.g. {{Impact|impact=2|quality=4}}.
