If you're referring to the category for Proposals requiring attention, that is basically used when someone submits a proposal with a single line or something that needs to be fleshed out. A migration process for proposals will definitely need to be something we consider though. Any ideas for how to make that work? ~Philippe 00:56, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
