Analysis of trends at Norwegian (bokmål) Wikipedia

Did a quick and dirty analysis of the Norwegian (bokmål) Wikipedia and posted the graphs at meta. It sems to me that the same problem that exist at English Wikipedia also exist at that wiki.

I pretty sure about several key factors that triggers new editors to leave, most of them has something to do with lack of communication or harsh environment. The most important countermeasure I think would be a direct communication channel with the new editor and a way for the new editor to have a sandbox where he can mess around without disturbing the established editors.
