"Community Health" measures

I love the idea of segmentation by article type, Randomran. I'm going to continue to think on that a little. Really great idea.

Glad you like it. The bigger that Wikipedia gets, the more it becomes a patchwork of smaller communities. We might be able to learn something by figuring out which patches/segments are doing better than others.
