Proposals details go here. Existing proposals won't have content modified to fit this - we'll just add the new stuff at the top and bottom of the page. New proposals may have a simplified template.

All new proposals should automatically get added to [[Category:Proposals]] and [[Category:Uncategorized proposals]]

It would be nice to have the category [[Category:Archived Done]] added when the status of a proposal flips to "Done". Then, the proposals dashboard should automatically filter for those, and not display them within the proposals that need work.
