Review of and easier removal of administrators, crats, etc.
Add granularity to the admin role for specific types of admins (templaters, anti-vandals, discussion moderators, etc.)
A repository of common templates (like commons is for images) that is available on any project until/unless a local template is added that overrides it (again, like how images with the same name as ones found on commons are handled)
