IRC meeting
IRC meeting
Should we have an IRC meeting sometime? if so, when is good for people? I can make myself available almost anytime.
I think that an IRC meeting can be very effective, (we should save the log and posted somewhere for the sake of transperancy) anyhow i'm free most of the time.
ok we haven't got much time, i suggest to set up an IRC meeting to kick things off, and then most of the discussions will be in the wiki, just set the date and i'll be there (hopefully)
How about Saturday the 19th or Sunday the 20th? I can make myself available any time but the best time for me between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm PST (16:00 to 20:00 GMT ).
For me I can make myself available any time on 19th Saturday or 20th Sunday between (17:00 to 19:00 GMT)
Warm wishes

I suggest tomorrow Saturday at 17:00 GMT, if that's ok with Aude we can proceed I guess.
Where are we going to meet? Do I have to download something?
Sorry it's the first time for me to have IRC meeting in wiki?
Warm wishes
The easiest way is to use freenode webchat: http://webchat.freenode.net/. When it starts up, enter your username and #wikimedia-strategy as the channel. Then you should be in.
If you use Firefox, there is a Firefox add-on (extension) called Chatzilla [1] that you can use. But the webchat is simplest.
Thanks see you there
We met on Saturday at 17:00 GMT. Here is the log: Task force/Arabic Task Force/IRC meeting - 20091219. Unfortunately we missed Histolo2. We will meet again sometime. (and I'm on IRC often, anyway) Please suggest a date/time.
Great to see that you all met. I read through the log, and it looks like it was a productive meeting.
A few quick comments:
- Template:RecommendationsExample is an example recommendation. It should give you an idea of the level of detail. If you have other questions, post here.
- If you want to take a survey, just ping me when you're ready, and I can help you get it set up and distributed.
Thanks!
