IRC meeting

I think that an IRC meeting can be very effective, (we should save the log and posted somewhere for the sake of transperancy) anyhow i'm free most of the time.

Other task forces are using #wikimedia-strategy for this type of meeting, and posting the log on this wiki. :) I strongly encourage that.
