Missing Wikipedias/lgg

For starters, I suggest you allow the creation of a Lugbara Wiktionary. With many editors on board and easy access to the shared language base, a Wikipedia can be crafted. That is my strategic reasoning, many foreigners on Christian, business or medical missions to Arua and surrounding areas actually look for where to learn the language in vain but with an online resource like the Lugbara Wiktionary, things could be simplified.
