If not English, in what language is this proposal submitted?:
Summary
A system where every user would get an e-mail address (something like SUL@wikimail.example) that only they would be able to send from but where everybody would be able to see sent and recieved informations.
Motivation
Often users don't want to use their private email accounts to contact people saying that, for example, an error on the site they submitted needs better description or asking for a right to use some content.
Key Questions
- If anyone can see these emails, what if anything is the advantage of this over talkpages?
- It allows to contact people that don't have a talk page on Wikipedia and for them to reply using email, which they are familiar with, and not talk pages they may not know how to use.
