Why certification a case study Well I am placing this proposal with a case study from the wikipedia which I work on for past 4 years is Marathi Language Wikipedia. Marathi Language is world's one of to 20 languages by number of speakers.with above 65% literacy level.Anualy around 1500000 student apear for tenth level examsenglish is taught to all the students as a langugae subject. 12 lacks use Marathi Language for all other subjects and 300000 english languge.Most of them refer their exam results on internet that means in some way at some place they can acess internet at some reasonable cost.

While marathi Language wikipedia community is active and has potential to grow, Still Marathi Languge wikipedia has memebership of just around 6000 members and only 10-20 are strong contributers.Simply because people do not know that they can use marathi language fonts on computers and or they do not know how to edit wikipedia.Marathi languge wikipedia is not growing to its fullest potential.

If we give certifiates and some motivational incentives to students and their teachers knowledge in wikipedia can reach to them more easily.

Well above is just case study I would be interested in hearing from others to about their idea.

I'm not sure what you're aiming at. If I get it correctly you wish to produce a multimedia that can be used as a way to inform and tutor the masses, and all the same draw attention to Wikipedia or Wikimedia or Mediawiki? Are you suggesting that we assist in designing a process for how such material is going to be evaluated in order to fit into that multimedia? I'm pretty confused by the detailed plan you've made already, below: it seems kind of reasonable, but so extraordinarily detailed that I think I have nothing to contribute. Shall we sell, or shall we redistribute those multimedia for free as an advertisement campaign? Are the pupils that receives those multimedia to be engaged for possible volunteers in building a for example Marathi version of Wikipedia whereto they have translated from the English Wikipedia. The proposal may be viable and a really smart vision, but the purposes aren't exactly clear in the Summary section of the proposal. It needs funding, and there are certainly organisations that might be interested in funding such an effort, but I do not know where. Rursus 18:49, 18 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
