i agree 100 percent

I couldnt agree more with this proposal.. and while the Usability initiative in concerned with the front end.. i think this proposal is more concerned with the backend.

also the administration aspect of mediawiki is ancient as well. this proposal falls along the same lines


MediaWiki architecture changes?

There's a place to think about serious MW architecture changes, and a long-term roadmap including how to integrate with different sorts of tools and features that are currently popular would be welcome in discussing proposals like this. 02:00, 18 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
