From Strategic Planning

We're soliciting help in translating the Call for Proposals and the Proposal/Template into multiple languages to encourage submissions in multiple languages. Would love it if you could help with that. :-) --Eekim 05:51, 29 July 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

The only active namespace of this wikis is the main one. It could available in meta as http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Strategy:* and have this wiki map that namespace to ns 0. Platonides 13:49, 7 August 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
True, an interesting point. Since the visual style of a wiki can cahnge by namespace, that might also be a way to have multiple different-feeling projects sharing a wiki (and a project: and help: namespace, rc, np, &c.) Sj 11:34, 13 August 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
What about edit conflicts? Maybe we could enable interwiki transclusion, so that bots would have to create new pages only? --Nemo 11:54, 8 August 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
That would also be very interesting. I should like to see that work for a few other reasons as well. Sj 11:34, 13 August 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Impact?

Some proposals will have massive impact on end-users, including non-editors. Some will have minimal impact. What will be the impact of this proposal on our end-users? -- Philippe 00:17, 3 September 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Why?

What problem would this solve? Maybe it will be a fun way to waste someone's time, but I don't see any utility. Mike.lifeguard | @meta 05:02, 9 September 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
