I'm confused about this page. I see that Katie proposed it as a task force, which means it should go under that namespace. However, I also see in the history that Philippe moved a fact base page over here. I don't see the content of that page anywhere. Clarification, someone? This page, exactly, was what Aude created at Fact base/Africa. When I moved it, it brought the full history with it. I moved it here, rather than into the task force namespace, because it didn't seem to have gained any members, but I didn't want to lose the work that went into it.
