Compromised accounts

"Suspected compromised administrator accounts will be blocked temporarily while the situation is sorted."

I'm not sure if we need a rule for that, but as it is already written, I suggest a change on the sentence above. Blocking an administrator has no effects as the account can unblock itself or keep editing per block exemption. I think the only suitable action, if any, is removing the flag. Just a small suggestion.

Do understand that we bureaucrats do not have the ability to remove the flags ourselves on-wiki. We would have to request for the removal of flags by a steward on Meta.

Yes, I know, but stewards can remove if a sysop account becomes compromized. And they can do it fast.
