Talk page of an IP

Hmm... I think it would require some discussion first before being practicized. You may have good reasons to delete it, but others may disagree... as I honestly do. Even if an IP don't ever see that message it is not a reason to delete as the deletion process just hide the message from public and I can't imagine what are the benefits from that. Warnings are part of antivandalism process here or elsewhere and should be kept as any other.
