Acronyms intrigue and inspire discussion. They're fun and memorable too.

The priorities are really the main thing that we as a community should get rough consensus around. The plan as a whole includes lots of context.

The content of the Strategic Plan page is a straw man outline. Feel free to be bold with that page; I'm sure it will evolve quite a bit in the coming months.

So does that mean that I can be bold with http://strategy.wikimedia.org/wiki/Strategic_Plan/Movement_Priorities ?

Absolutely. Understand that others (including myself) will likely be bold back. :-)

2.4.1.2 Africa

2.4.1.2.1 The Goal

2.4.1.3 Asia

2.4.1.3.1 The Goal

2.4.2 Increase Contributors

You can make subpoints by specifying headers and subheaders. For example:

== Increase Diversity ==

=== The Goal ===

will give you:

1. Increase Diversity

1.1. The Goal
