Tutorials
A number of proposals have been made for providing new or improved tutorials across Wikimedia, some suggesting these be as videos.
There are already a couple of video tutorials:

A series of videos to dissuade vandals, encourage new editors, welcome and inform newbies of key editing policies and perhaps more
Suggests that, as well as help videos, there be a video aimed at vandals.
Tutorials for finding peer-reviewed secondary literature

Suggests creation of tutorials for accessing PubMed and its ilk.
Volunteer Management practices to Expand Participation

Recommends volunteer tutorials as part of a much wider scheme.
