Kaster: I'm happy to restore the work that you did, and certainly apologize for the trouble. The problem is, the source document had been vandalized, and you were working with a very very bad source. Rather than take the chance on it getting published, I decided to delete it, knowing that I could undelete it and we could look at it together. Kaster: Yes, I can confirm the source had been altered in a malicious way, to make Wikimedia look bad. I pointed that out to Philippe..it was unclear (at least to me) exactly what was going on, and I think that's why Philippe simply deleted the document. (Without being a Serbian speaker, it was very difficult to tell what was going on, but it was very obvious something needed to be done.)
