Welcome to the strategic planning process for the Wikimedia Foundation! Because this is a collaborative process, it's critical to have your input. These pages are wiki pages. With very few exceptions, you are welcome to edit any and all of them. For this to best represent the wants and needs of the Wikimedia movement, we'll need your input. What are you waiting for? Below are some suggestions to help you get started!

Also see Frequently asked questions about this process. (Everyone should probably read these next.) The Convenors are creating and holding the space for this process. New! As of August 4, 2009, the page about Participation has new content and requests for community help!	How to participate Make and categorize proposals. (Click here for an index of all proposals that have been submitted.) Engage with the Fact base; review, comment, and build on the data we're compiling in order to understand the current state of Wikimedia in terms of contributers, readers, and content. Pick a random proposal and give your opinion on the talk page. How could this proposal improve? Be sure to rate it! Want to volunteer but don't really know much about strategy? Why not see if there's anything for you on the To Do or Wiki issues pages? Have a question and don't know where to ask? Post it at the Village Pump, and join us for IRC Office Hours! Make a video!
